Treehouse Animal Clinic’s COVID-19 Appointment Policy (updated 8/31/2021)
Our lobby is OPEN!
If you have any questions after reading over our reopening plan, please do not hesitate to reach out via phone or by replying to this email.
➡️Masks will be required to enter the building. This allows us to continue to protect the immunocompromised, children and the non-vaccinated. If you do not have a mask, we can provide you with one.
➡️We will still offer curbside service for those clients who prefer that method. Please call us from your car if you prefer curbside service. (404) 355-7387
➡️There will be a limit of 2 persons per exam room.
➡️When you arrive, you are more than welcome to come in the lobby to check in; our doors are unlocked. We do require masks when you are in the building, or at anytime you are with our staff. Our technicians will bring you and your pet into an exam room and ask preliminary questions for your appointment. Your veterinarian will be in the exam room with you, as they would pre-pandemic. You can check out in the room with our client care team or check out at the front desk.
➡️Per CDC guidelines, we ask that you reschedule your pet’s appointment and DO NOT ENTER if you feel unwell or are coughing, have a fever or shortness of breath. Keeping our clients and our staff well is how we are able to continue to provide care for all of our dogs and cats during the Pandemic.
Please be patient with us as we adjust to this new way of practicing veterinary medicine. We are excited and eager to move forward.
