Despite moving around the country as a military kid, Rachel has always called Georgia home. After graduating from the University of Georgia with a B.S in Avian Biology, she pursued her D.V.M at Lincoln Memorial University in Tennessee. After graduation, Rachel practiced companion animal and exotics medicine in Covington, Georgia. She has recently moved to Atlanta and joined Treehouse Animal Clinic. Dr. DeLoatch is our only doctor that offers pet acupuncture at this time. Most recently, she got married and you will now see her as Dr. DeLoatch instead of Dr. Foy! She enjoys running, the outdoors, and spending time with friends, family, her yellow lab named Marley, and her cat named Merlin.
